Every person's NDIS plan is different, depending on needs. If delivered, prepared meals are part of the plan, NDIS subsidises meals by covering the cost of meal preparation and delivery. You only need cover the cost of the ingredients, which is a small co-payment of $1.45 to $2.90 per meal. Our state-of-the-art facilities employ over 65 people and have attained the highest international food accreditations, including SQF, HACCP and beyond.
Meals arrive frozen, and we recommend popping them into the freezer straight away where they'll keep for up to 30 days.
Yes, pop them in the fridge as soon as you receive them where they'll keep for 7-9 days. Enjoy fish meals within 7 days and check the use-by date on the meal sleeve before heating.

We have a minimum spend of 10 meals (excluding soups and cakes).
During the easy order process on our website, you'll be prompted to select your preferred delivery date from the options provided. Alternatively, use the postcode checker to work out which days of the week we deliver to your area.
Good news! With no lock-in contracts, you can order weekly or whenever the need arises — especially useful if you temporarily need an extra helping hand.

DELIVERY
We deliver ready-made meals twice a week to 95% of Australia's population! Enter your postcode into our postcode checker to confirm we deliver to your address. If we don't deliver to your area, sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Facebook and we'll update you on our latest delivery area coverage.
Delivery in NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA and WA is free. For Tasmanian deliveries, the delivery fee is $10.

Occasionally there are obstacles like weather, jams and accidents which hold your meals up too much. Safety and quality mean the world to us, so in rare situations like these, we recall the meals and send a new batch free of charge.
No, you don't, so if you have an appointment that day or might be going out, don't panic! We leave the box on your front doorstep unless you've provided specific instructions when ordering. We deliver our prepared meals Australia wide in a structured cardboard box with a cooler pouch with ice so that it safely holds the correct food temperature for up to 6-8 hours.
We deliver delicious ready meals to apartments, units, aged care and retirement communities Australia wide, and all the time! You don't have to be home as we pop meals on the doorstep or at reception, depending on your delivery instructions. Once you have enjoyed your meal, you can rinse the plastic meal tray and place this in your paper and cardboard recycling bin. The clear plastic film can be disposed with your normal household rubbish.
To recycle, simply remove the thermal liner, fold the outer box flat and place it in your paper and cardboard recycling bin. The thermal liner and ice packs can be reused or dispose of with your rubbish.
